Human Resources Onboarding Specialist
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Human Resources Onboarding Specialist to join a collaborative HR team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, working with employees, and keeping the details of hiring, onboarding, payroll, and HR administration running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- The person will oversee orientation for the whole team. Needs to have strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Support day-to-day employee lifecycle activities from hire through ongoing employment
- Facilitate new-hire processes and ensure required documentation is completed
- Keep employee and workforce information accurate and up to date across internal systems
- Monitor records and data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Serve as a resource for employees and managers, helping resolve routine HR-related questions
- Provide administrative support for payroll, employee records, and employment-related requests
- Assist with staffing initiatives and help ensure hiring processes run efficiently
- Maintain organized, confidential personnel records and HR documentation
- Partner with the HR team on projects, process improvements, and general departmental needs
- Bachelor’s or Associate's degree preferred
- 2 years HR experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
- Positive, adaptable approach in a changing environment
