- Lead daily food and beverage operations to maintain the highest quality service standards and a world-class guest experience
- Supervise shift operations and collaborate with Restaurant Managers, assisting servers, server assistants, and hosts during meal periods
- Foster a positive guest atmosphere—responding to requests, resolving complaints, and ensuring guest satisfaction at all outlets
- Manage payroll, scheduling, and timekeeping for all F&B team members
- Train, motivate, coach, and develop F&B team members in accordance with company standards
- Prepare team schedules aligned with business forecasts, payroll budgets, and productivity requirements
- Participate in departmental and leadership meetings, contributing to the overall success of the operation
- Maintain cost controls by conducting regular inventory, monitoring portion control, and reducing waste
- Uphold company standards regarding purchase orders, invoice processing, and financial accountability
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining restaurant or hotel setting
- Strong fine dining, wine, and beverage knowledge base
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Valid ServSafe Certification
- Demonstrated leadership and team training experience
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining poise and professionalism
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and guest service excellence
- High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Proven ability to lead and manage diverse personalities and teams
- Relocation to Macon, Georgia
