Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operations of the hotel and personnel
- Handling guest satisfaction
- Bring energy and passion to the property
- Responsible for all financial results of the property
- Active in the community and with city leaders
- Financial Budgeting and Reporting
- Collaborate and answer directly to the owner
- Team development
Hotel General Manager Requirements:
- Three to five years of experience as a Full-service Boutique Hotel GM
- Full-service Independent experience preferred
- Focused on the team and guest satisfaction
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Must have a passion for growing cities with an established culture
- Love for Indiana University preferred!
- Strong financial acumen
- Relocation to Bloomington, Indiana
