We are looking for our next culinary leader in our Luxury property! We are seeking a leader who brings a refined culinary style and has experience with fine dining, casual dining, banquets, and catering.

Luxury Hotel Executive Chef Qualifications

• 3 years as an Executive Chef for a Fine Dining restaurant or hotel with fine dining outlets
• 1 year experience in Hotels or resorts
• 1 year of experience with banquets and catering
• True Servant leader mentality, working arm in arm with your team, and leading by example
• Proven success with managing culinary financials including food cost and labor cost
• Holds high expectations for food safety, quality, and kitchen cleanliness
• Be a marketable and camera-ready culinary leader
