We are seeking an experienced Hotel Engineer with a strong background in commercial laundry equipment. The ideal candidate is highly self-sufficient, technically skilled, and confident working independently in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel engineering, facilities maintenance, and commercial laundry equipment repair.
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial laundry units, including washers, dryers, ironers, and conveyor systems.
- Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and PLC-controlled laundry systems.
- Experience developing and executing preventive maintenance programs and equipment maintenance schedules.
- Working knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems related to laundry operations (steam systems, gas dryers, drainage, water supply lines, etc.).
- General understanding of hotel engineering systems, such as boilers, chillers, pumps, lighting, and building automation systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset, with the ability to effectively collaborate with housekeeping and laundry teams.
