Chef Responsibilities

• Continuously train and coach staff, providing support and feedback
• Maintain quality food and service always
• Maintain a clean kitchen that is always compliant with health guidelines
• Food ordering along with food and labor costs
• Staff scheduling
  
  

Chef Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a scratch, or casual kitchen
• Catering experience a plus
• Understands quality and helps uphold standards
• Hands-on leadership mentality
