Responsibilities

Hotel Group Sales Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Execute sales calls to acquire new business, with a focus on government and tribal nations
• Collaborate closely with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations
• Strive to meet and exceed sales goals
• Provide on-site leadership with the sales team to drive performance
  
  

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales experience in hotels or resorts, specifically targeting government and tribal nations
• Strong networking and negotiation skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site with the sales team
