Golf Course Equipment Supervisor Responsibilities/Qualifications

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair all golf course maintenance equipment (e.g., mowers, tractors, utility vehicles).
• Maintain a preventive maintenance program for all equipment.
• Ensure equipment is safely and properly operated, stored, and maintained.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and logs for all equipment and service schedules.
• Train equipment operators on proper use and daily maintenance procedures.
• Order and maintain inventory of parts, tools, and supplies.
• Manage equipment budget and make recommendations for equipment replacement or upgrades.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills (hydraulics, diesel/gas engines, electrical systems).
• Ability to read schematics and service manuals.
