General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2 years of management experience in the hospitality, food service, or retail industry
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Experience with P&L, budgeting, and financial performance management
- Ability to motivate and coach staff in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
Must Haves:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
- Lead recruitment, training, and retention of team members
- Develop and mentor managers to uphold company standards and values

General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
