An established installation and logistics company serving the greater Nashville area is looking for dependable General Laborers / Installation Assistants to join our team. We provide professional installation services for office, healthcare, and other commercial environments.
This is a hands-on, physical role ideal for someone who takes pride in hard work and reliability. You’ll assist with deliveries, assembly, and job-site preparation while learning the skills needed to advance into a full Commercial Installer position.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Move, stage, and set up furniture and materials at job sites
- Assist installers with assembly and placement of office furniture and equipment
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
- Follow directions from team leads and supervisors
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude on every job
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required — training provided
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials (50 lbs)
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
