• Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver consistently great food
• Manage daily kitchen operations, food quality, and presentation
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health standards
• Control food costs, ordering, and inventory
• Train, coach, and develop cooks and kitchen staff

• Previous kitchen management or lead cook experience (full service preferred)
