This leader will guide the service staff to ensure all service standards are being adhered to and customers' expectations are met. Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years experience in a high-volume upscale or upscale restaurant
Experience with a steakhouse is preferred
Knowledge of local, state, and federal health and sanitation laws
Organizational leadership and problem-solving skills
Team player with the ability to take and provide direction
