Restaurant Manager – Ann Arbor, MI

$65,000–$85,000 | PTO | Health & Dental Insurance | Profit Sharing

We’re seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager in Ann Arbor, MI to lead day-to-day restaurant operations for an established hospitality organization. You’ll have ownership of your shifts, your team, service standards, and the overall guest experience while working with a company that values long-term employees and rewards their success.

Restaurant Manager Compensation & Benefits

• $65,000–$80,000, based on experience

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth, successful shifts
• Hire, train, coach, schedule, and manage restaurant team members
• Maintain high standards for hospitality, food quality, cleanliness, and service
• Create a welcoming environment and ensure guests have a positive dining experience
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Oversee opening and closing procedures
• Maintain restaurant and company operating standards
• Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and safety requirements
• Make sound operational decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Support restaurant performance through effective labor and shift management
  
  

Restaurant Manager Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience required
• Strong leadership and team-development skills
• Excellent guest service and interpersonal communication skills
• Comfortable making decisions and solving problems during busy shifts
• Ability to remain composed when handling guest concerns or unexpected operational issues
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• Dependable with consistent, predictable attendance
