FOH Manager – Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fine dining or Michelin/James Beard restaurants
• Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire a disciplined FOH team
• Strong background in cost control, systems, and inventory management
• Skilled in executing dining room operations at the highest level
• Committed to safety, precision, and the pursuit of perfection
