Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- 5 years in a fine dining steakhouse setting, at least two years in a General Manager role
- Strong wine background, Sommelier preferred
- Dedication to quality steps of service and strong history of fine dining or luxury concept service
- Accomplished financial mastery, savvy with building sales and controlling costs with compromising quality
- Ability to coach and mentor a team to achieve high standards and retain the best talent
