We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Manager to join our dynamic restaurant group. In this role, you will use your restaurant experience to ensure our facilities are safe and efficient, manage preventative maintenance, and coordinate repairs with vendors.
Facilities Maintenance Manager Responsibilities
- Lead facilities management across multiple restaurant locations.
- Oversee preventative maintenance programs to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with operations and development teams on new restaurant openings, remodels, and capital projects.
- Monitor and respond to emergency repair needs with urgency and efficiency.
- Minimum of 2 years of facilities or operations management experience in a multi-unit restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and kitchen equipment.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel regionally as needed.
- Hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
