Executive Sous Chef
Salary: $90,000–$95,000 Bonus
We are seeking a hands-on Executive Sous Chef to partner with the Executive Chef in leading daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate is a strong culinary leader who excels in team development, food quality, cost control, and delivering exceptional dining experiences.

esponsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, staff training, and food quality.
- Assist with menu development, seasonal offerings, and special events.
- Manage food costs, purchasing, inventory, and portion control.
- Maintain culinary standards, food safety, and consistent execution.
- Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.
- Lead kitchen operations in the Executive Chef’s absence.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of culinary leadership experience in a restaurant, private club, resort, or hotel.
- Previous Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and special events.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Compensation & Opportunity:
