We are looking for an Executive Sous Chef for a private, fine dining, farm to table Country Club in Sedona. - Schedule team member appropriately to cover operations and adhere to budget
- Manage procurement, inventory, and COGs

- Ensure timely and accurate event execution
- Create custom menus for specialty events
- Other duties as assigned
