Executive Chef Responsibilities

• Uphold brand standards of all food quality and sanitation,
• Create and develop new menu items- create, test, and cost!
• Train, coach, develop, and direct a large team to be the best everyday
• Be able to add structure and organization where needed without being micromanaged
• Work hands-on and eyes-on at all times in every aspect of the Kitchen
• Ability to partner and collaborate with ownership - share and execute the same vision and goals
  
  

Executive Chef Qualifications

• 4 years as a Full-Service Executive Chef/Head Chef
• Ability to manage a kitchen staff of up to 10 and a sales volume of 2M
• High-volume, scratch kitchen leadership experience
• Should be systems-oriented and familiar with SOPs
• Must be a great cook and really be passionate about how the food quality affects a guest's experience; no clipboard chefs
• Proven proficiency in inventory, ordering, scheduling, team building, and the ability to analyze food cost and labor cost
• Servsafe Certified
