A Luxury Resort is seeking an experienced Executive Banquet Chef to support the Executive Chef in leading culinary operations across our luxury resort, with a strong focus on banquets and multi-outlet service. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for a creative and organized culinary professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen and banquet operations
• Lead, train, and mentor culinary staff across outlets and event operations
• Oversee food preparation, presentation, and execution for banquets
• Collaborate on menu development, recipe testing, and seasonal offerings
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
• Coordinate culinary logistics and staffing for events and weddings
• Partner with Event Services and Front-of-House teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Monitor food and labor costs, inventory, and portion control
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and operational reporting
  
  

Qualifications

• Culinary degree preferred; 6 years of progressive kitchen experience
• Prior leadership experience in luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining environments
• Strong knowledge of classical and modern cooking techniques
• Solid understanding of cost control, inventory, and HACCP standards
• Physically able to meet the demands of a high-volume kitchen
• Strong communication and organizational skills
