Exec Sous Chef Qualifications

• Manage daily kitchen operations
• Mentor and develop line cooks
• Ensures quality and maintains company standards
• Current ServSafe Manager's certification

Exec Sous Chef Requirements

• 5 years experience in a Sous Chef role in high-volume scratch kitchen
• Must lead, work, and direct the line during service
• Excellent knife skills
• Solid tenures
• Systems and inventory knowledge
