- 5 years of B2B Sales / Business Development in a technical industry related to energy
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of energy systems
- Valid current passport with no travel restrictions to foreign countries (including DUIs)
- Proven experience building a book of business, scouting new accounts, and maintaining strong business relationships
- Experience creating and responding to RFPs and RFQs with professional proposals
- Ability to travel 50% of the time, work efficiently remotely, and work in office in Dallas as needed
- Preferred: Experience with international business in Canada and Mexico
- Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Seek and secure new business clients
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and leadership teams
- Attend conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows; represent the company with professionalism and knowledge
- Other duties as assigned
