The Director of Sales and Marketing in Miami, FL reports to the Hotel General Manager. The position requires someone with strong leadership and organizational skills to drive the company’s revenue expectations. Director Of Sales And Marketing Responsibilities/Requirements

• Full understanding of Hilton brand standards
• Must have venue sales experience in excess of 10,000 sq ft
• On-site sales experience of a large single location
• At least 5 years sales operations experience
• Florida Market experience is a MUST
• Communicate corporate directives and information to the sales team.
• Work closely with other departments, including but not limited to Marketing, Hotel, and Food & Beverage, to establish successful support, channel, and partner programs.
• Support, lead and participate in scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly calls.
• Work in connection with General Manager to regularly establish and monitor goals and production, to include accurate and timely forecasting of anticipated sales.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships sales team to help increase team unity and production.
• Develop strategies to maximize sales by knowing the right time for specific sales.
• Maintain product knowledge of the brand through established company standards.
