Director of Operations – Requirements & Qualifications
- 10 years of experience as a General Manager in high-volume, full-service restaurants
- 5 years as a Director overseeing at least 4 entities with 75 employees total
- Strong background in P&L management, cost controls, and compliance standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Director of Operations - Must Haves
- Lead and mentor General Managers while ensuring adherence to company systems and policies
- Conduct regular restaurant visits to monitor quality, service, and guest satisfaction
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and vendor oversight
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and facility maintenance standards
