Local grocery retailer, is seeking a visionary retail leader to shape and elevate the shopping experience. Relocation to Honolulu.
What You’ll Do
- Define and execute our natural and organic merchandise strategy in tune with Hawai‘i’s unique culture and customer needs and seasonality.
- Lead the store in natural merchandising and product assortment to maximize sales and profitability.
- Collaborate with the buying and merchandising team to increase the customer experience as well as profitability.
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence and world-class service.
- Travel across the islands working with the grocery team.
- 5 years of leadership in natural product management (multi-unit or corporate-level).
- Proven track record in growing sales, profitability, and customer engagement.
- Strong understanding of Hawai‘i’s marketplace, global natural market trends and customer expectations.
- Expertise in optimizing store space and managing trends.
- Collaborative, inspiring leadership style with excellent communication skills.
