You’ll oversee both onshore and offshore Sales Managers responsible for a team of approximately 30 sales professionals, with ownership of revenue performance, retention, hiring, onboarding, training, leadership development, and sales strategy.

With a $110,000–$130,000 base salary plus a $70,000 commission opportunity, the role offers potential total annual compensation of approximately $180,000–$200,000. It is based in Dallas with an expectation of being in the office four days per week.

What You’ll Do
- Drive sales, revenue, retention, and overall KPI performance
- Lead, coach, and develop Sales Managers while creating clear accountability for results
- Oversee a high-performing inside sales organization of approximately 30 sales professionals
- Develop and execute both near- and long-term sales strategies
- Build a high-retention culture focused on engagement, morale, professional growth, and performance
- Lead the interviewing and hiring process for new sales classes
- Design and implement effective onboarding, training, and development programs
- Coach managers in effective B2B selling and leadership techniques
- Identify, mentor, and develop future leaders within the organization
- Monitor daily and weekly sales activity, pipeline opportunities, goals, and results
- Create strategies that motivate teams to consistently achieve and exceed performance targets
- Partner cross-functionally with Client Services, Human Resources, and IT
- Support sales, onboarding, and customer-service initiatives as needed
- Help own sales technology and strategy, including relationships involving SalesLoft and Salesforce
This role is ideal for an experienced sales leader who combines strong operational discipline with a genuine passion for coaching and developing people.
The Ideal Candidate Will Bring
- 7–10 years of sales experience
- 3–5 years of inside sales management experience
- At least 1 year of experience managing other Sales Managers
- A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
- Experience developing and executing sales strategies
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into action
- Proven ability to create accountability and build a winning team culture
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, and leadership-development skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence everyone from frontline sales professionals to senior leadership
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities
- Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving sales environment
- SalesLoft experience highly preferred
