Director Of Human Resources Responsibilities
- Partner with company leadership to design, implement, and manage HR programs and policies across recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, from job posting and candidate sourcing to onboarding and orientation.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and compensation review processes.
- Administer company benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Drive employee engagement through effective communication of benefits, policies, and programs.
- Support leadership development, succession planning, and training initiatives.
- Research and recommend HR best practices and process improvements.
- Uphold confidentiality, ethics, and integrity in all HR matters.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
- 10 years of progressive experience in human resources management or related field.
- 5 years at Director-level
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance practices.
- Proven experience in recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
