Director Of Food And Beverage Qualifications

• 3 years as a Director of Food and Beverage, overseeing multiple restaurants and the employee dining room
• Experience in a remote or destination location
• Excellent financial acumen and experience with financial controls
• Adventurous spirit!!
• Experience with purchasing and procurement in a remote location
• Ability to relocate to a remote area and live onsite
• Culinary experience preferred
  
  

Director Of Food And Beverage Responsibilities

• Manage the food and beverage team with integrity and consistency
• Create menus and offerings with the executive chef to create programs that are appealing and profitable
• Negotiate with vendors for best prices and products
• Create systems and structure that will guarantee consistency in execution and offerings
