Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of Butler Services, ensuring seamless, highly personalized experiences from pre-arrival through departure.
• Oversee daily operations of exclusive villas, coordinating butler services, housekeeping, amenities, and maintenance.
• Establish and maintain Forbes Five-Star service standards, emphasizing discretion, anticipation of guest needs, and impeccable presentation.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a world-class Butler Services team, fostering accountability and a culture of genuine hospitality.
• Collaborate with VIP Services, Housekeeping, Engineering, and resort leadership to ensure flawless service delivery.
• Develop and implement SOPs, training programs, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Manage departmental budgets, staffing, operational efficiencies, and guest satisfaction metrics.
• Personally address complex guest requests and service challenges with professionalism and diplomacy.

Ideal Candidate

• 8–10 years of luxury hospitality experience, including at least five years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven experience overseeing Butler Services, VIP operations, luxury villas, or exclusive guest accommodations within a Forbes Five-Star or comparable ultra-luxury environment.
• Demonstrated success serving high-net-worth individuals, international VIPs, and discerning luxury travelers.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a hands-on approach to coaching, mentoring, and developing multicultural teams.
• Strong operational, financial, and organizational capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
• Fluent English required; Arabic or Mandarin language skills are advantageous.
• Outstanding professionalism, cultural awareness, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
