A growing multi-concept group is seeking a Director of Brewery Operations to be located in Portland, OR, to lead production across four brewery locations. This hands-on role requires an experienced Head Brewer or Lead Brewer with strong leadership skills, a passion for craft beer, and expertise in optimizing operations. Responsibilities

• Oversee brewing, packaging, and quality control across multiple locations.
• Drive efficiency, cost management, and process improvements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop brewery staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards.
• Manage inventory, supply chain, and vendor relationships.
  
  

Qualifications

• 7 years of beer industry experience, including as a Brewer or Head Brewer with a quality craft beer brand
• 2 years in a leadership role within brewery operations.
• Strong leadership, financial, and administrative skills.
• Deep passion and knowledge of craft beer and brewing.
• Willingness to move to Portland within 3 weeks (relocation assistance available).
