This position will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, driving process improvements, managing a billing team, and partnering cross-functionally to support business growth and operational excellence.
This leader will play a critical role in enhancing billing processes, improving customer experience, and ensuring compliance with company policies and billing standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily billing operations and team management
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing
- Develop and improve billing policies and procedures
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer disputes
- Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Accounting
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
- Manage ERP and billing system utilization
- Support month-end activities and reporting
- 10 years of billing, finance, or accounting experience
- 5 years of leadership experience
- Manufacturing billing experience strongly preferred
- Strong ERP and automated billing system experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of sales tax and billing compliance preferred
