Digital Marketing Assistant Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of direct search/SEM campaign management experience
• Proven ability to independently manage paid search campaigns from strategy through optimization and reporting
• Strong experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics 4
• Experience managing significant paid search budgets
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain any required gaming license in the applicable jurisdiction

Digital Marketing Assistant Manager Preferred Background & Skills

• Experience within an agency or sophisticated in-house digital marketing environment
• Strong Excel skills and experience with reporting and analytics
• Familiarity with SEO strategy and web analytics
• Experience with Google Ads Editor, Google Tag Manager, Semrush, Looker Studio, Sitecore, Schema, or project management platforms
• Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 certifications are a plus
• Hospitality or gaming industry experience is beneficial but not required

Digital Marketing Assistant Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize enterprise-level paid search/SEM campaigns, primarily through Google Ads
• Help oversee a $1M annual paid search budget, including bid management, budget allocation, and forecasting
• Conduct keyword research, develop ad copy, and establish bidding strategies to meet KPIs
• Develop and execute A/B testing and learn strategies for continuous improvement
• Analyze campaign performance regularly and translate data into actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors across multiple properties and business units
• Support SEO strategy efforts, including keyword analysis, content optimization, and technical site enhancements
• Utilize tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Semrush, and Google Ads Editor
• Stay current on evolving SEM, SEO, and AI search trends and share insights with team members
