- Competitive base salary ($130,000–$160,000 DOE)

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering Technology or similar
- 5 years of combined experience in the commercial construction industry as a superintendent, quality control manager, project manager, or project engineer
- 2 years of direct experience as a quality control manager on large-scale projects with healthcare, hospital, or equivalent operational complexity
- Current USACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors Certificate (required)
- Level 1 EM 385-1-1, CRP, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour certifications (can be obtained with company support)
- Computer proficiency with standard business software
- Experience with medical facility projects and/or the Department of Defense contracts
- LEED AP, AP , or Green Associate certification
- Specialty inspection training or certifications
- Familiarity with project management and quality software (e.g., Viewpoint/Vista, RMS/QCS)
- Develop, coordinate, and oversee project-specific quality control plans
- Ensure compliance with contract documents and customer requirements
- Complete all quality documentation and administrative reporting on schedule
- Support site teams with best practices in quality assurance and regulatory compliance
- Cultivate strong client relationships and consistently deliver customer satisfaction
- Manage on-site quality inspections, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement
