This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated construction professional looking to gain hands-on exposure to all phases of project management while working directly alongside experienced leadership in a collaborative, non-corporate environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
- Support change order tracking and project coordination
- Maintain workflows within Procore and related systems
- Review construction drawings and specifications
- Assist with estimating, takeoffs, and preconstruction activities
- Coordinate communication between field teams, vendors, and clients
- Participate in site visits, meetings, and project walkthroughs
- Help drive operational efficiency across active projects
- Experience working for a commercial GC or specialty subcontractor
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings/specifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Procore or similar project management software
- Roofing, waterproofing, or building envelope projects
- Estimating or preconstruction exposure
- Change order management platforms such as ClearStory
- Competitive base salary ($80K–$120K DOE)
