Construction Accountant Requirements:
- Must be local to northern Tampa area, or reside north of Tampa
- 2 years of current Accounting experience
- Proven experience in construction accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
- Experience with financial concepts including accrual accounting, double entry bookkeeping, and technical accounting
- Experience with Foundation software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data effectively
- Autonomous mentality, critical thinking and decision-making skills
Construction Accountant Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Experience with payroll processing and tax-related responsibilities (very strongly preferred)
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
