We are seeking an experienced Construction Accountant to join a growing organization in the construction industry based in Arlington, TX. Construction Accountant Compensation And Benefits
- Base salary range of $80,000 – $95,000

- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience
- Required experience in the construction industry
- Strong experience preparing and reviewing financial statements
- Proficiency with journal entries and general ledger accounting
- Working knowledge of payroll processes
- Experience with fixed assets
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience with contracts, billing, and invoicing
- Familiarity with construction accounting systems or ERPs
- Exposure to supporting HR-related functions
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfort working in a collaborative, on-site environment
