A growing Cleveland-area plumbing and mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing and/or mechanical systems and experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review plans, specifications, and contracts
• Manage project schedules, materials, subcontractors, and documentation
• Prepare and track change orders
• Attend job meetings and maintain client communication
• Coordinate with Field Superintendents and project teams
• Monitor project costs, labor, and material budgets
• Ensure safety compliance and successful project execution
  
  

Qualifications

• Plumbing and/or mechanical construction experience required
• Commercial plumbing experience preferred
• Strong understanding of project management processes
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, and PlanGrid preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
