Commercial Insurance Customer Service Rep Qualifications/Responsibilities

• Active Property & Casualty license
• Experience with commercial lines servicing (COIs, change requests, client support)
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, fully in-office environment
• Manage a shared book of small to mid-size commercial accounts and assist with remarketing efforts and cross-selling opportunities
