Client Experience Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Extensive experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in luxury hotels, fine dining, private members clubs, VIP guest relations, or luxury events
- Strong network and in-depth understanding of the New York City luxury and hospitality community
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, polished and warm demeanor
- Proven track record in creating VIP experiences, events, and partnerships
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable acting as a visible ambassador for a luxury brand
- Genuine passion for hospitality and delivering memorable, personalized experiences
Client Experience Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead and continuously enhance the overall client experience in the boutique
- Welcome clients with warmth and sophistication, anticipating their needs at every interaction
- Build lasting relationships to become a trusted point of contact for clientele
- Develop partnerships across luxury apparel, beauty, fragrance, wellness, and lifestyle brands
- Coordinate intimate in-store activations, private events, brand collaborations, and VIP experiences
- Engage with local restaurants, hotels, hospitality businesses, and community partners to expand reach
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and boutique leadership to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain an active knowledge of NYC’s luxury hospitality, dining, fashion, and cultural scenes
- Uphold the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and personalized service
