What You’ll Do
- Lead the organization’s financial strategy, planning, and performance management initiatives
- Partner with executive leadership to drive profitability, growth, liquidity, and capital management
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic financial analysis
- Manage profitability objectives across business units, customer segments, and product lines
- Direct investment portfolio performance and financial risk management initiatives
- Evaluate and support expansion opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships
- Oversee facilities management, contract administration, and vendor negotiations
- Coordinate shareholder reporting and maintain strong relationships with auditors, consultants, attorneys, and regulatory agencies
- Ensure compliance with all financial, operational, and risk management standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop finance and accounting teams
- 10 years of financial leadership and general management experience within banking or financial services
- Strong knowledge of financial strategy, accounting, audit, economic analysis, and operational systems
- Proven success driving growth, profitability, and organizational performance
- Experience working with executive leadership teams, Boards, auditors, and regulatory examiners
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Finance and/or CPA preferred
