• Proven experience in catering sales and event coordination, especially for large-scale events
• Demonstrated ability to manage event details from planning through execution
• Availability to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (required)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfort with achieving individual sales targets (about $1.5 million/year)
• Ability to reliably commute to Queens, NY

• Previous experience in high-volume banquet, catering, or event sales environments

• Collaborate with clients to design and plan bespoke events, from intimate gatherings to grand celebrations
• Oversee all aspects of event coordination to ensure seamless execution and outstanding results
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to exceed revenue goals
• Work closely with the operations and service teams to deliver memorable guest experiences
• Manage multiple events simultaneously, maintaining exceptional organization and attention to detail
