Compensation & Career Growth
- Year 1 OTE: $80- 90K
- Year 2 potential: $120K–$150K for top performers
- Uncapped commissions
- Monthly vehicle allowance
- Full benefits from day one (medical, dental, vision, 401k)
- Defined promotion path into leadership and branch management
- Relocation assistance available for high-potential leadership candidates
- 1–3 years of B2B or outside sales experience
- At least 1 year of high-production selling (not account maintenance)
- Comfortable prospecting, cold outreach, and face-to-face selling
- Competitive, self-driven, and motivated by performance
- Clear interest in developing into a leadership or management role
- Own and grow a defined sales territory
- Prospect aggressively and open new accounts
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and demonstrations
- Manage and forecast your sales pipeline
- Collaborate internally and begin developing leadership habits and accountability
- Outside sales, territory sales, or commission-driven environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
