- Lead maintenance team response to production and facility needs
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, including electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Provide hands-on coaching and technical guidance to maintenance technicians
- Support PLC troubleshooting and production systems such as cookers, spice delivery systems, and spiral freezers
- Oversee preventive maintenance scheduling and execution
- Maintain accurate CMMS records for work orders, PMs, and parts usage
- Collaborate closely with production leadership to minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and food safety standards
- 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in food manufacturing
- 2–4 years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong working knowledge of 480v electrical systems
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission
- Food manufacturing experience (meat or RTE preferred)
- Familiarity with HACCP, LOTO, GMPs, and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment
- Strong computer skills (CMMS, Microsoft Word, Excel)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ammonia refrigeration systems exposure
- Boiler and facility utility systems experience
- Welding skills
