Assistant General Manager Qualifications

• History of success in developing high-performing teams
• Full-service restaurant manager experience of at least five years in a high-volume corporate structure
• A Strong leader with a good head on their shoulders
• Good work tenure, no more than two jobs in the last five years
• Experience working in a full-service restaurant with high alcohol sales
• Must have at least $4MM sales volume experience
• Must be able to train away from your home market for up to 8 weeks, with availability to return home during days off

• Hire, evaluate, and develop the staff
• P&L responsibilities
• Hands-on team leader
