We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager for an upscale hospitality operation featuring elevated dining and live entertainment.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong hospitality background, an appreciation for live music, and a proven ability to develop teams while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and develop employees while maintaining clear performance expectations.
• Coordinate service operations with live entertainment and special events.
• Maintain high standards for dining room presentation, service execution, and operational consistency.
• Resolve guest concerns and strengthen guest loyalty.
• Collaborate with culinary, beverage, and entertainment teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve service, team performance, and the overall guest experience.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management experience in upscale dining, supper clubs, or comparable hospitality environments.
• Experience with live music or entertainment-driven operations strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and develop front-of-house teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make independent operational decisions while working collaboratively.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and event schedules.
