- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within cleaning services or janitorial operations

- Hire, train, and develop site cleaners and team leaders to ensure high performance
- Oversee operations and maintain quality standards across 25 client buildings/locations
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets established standards
- Foster strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction
