Advertising Sales Executive Requirements and Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in print or digital media advertising sales required
- Proven ability to sell to small and medium-sized businesses
- Strong tenure
- Hunter, go-getter who is comfortable making cold calls (minimum 40 per day!)
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable being coached and applying feedback to grow professionally
- Ability to quickly build rapport and communicate the value of marketing solutions
Must-haves:
- Manage and grow a defined book of business within a local sales territory
- Sell multimedia advertising solutions (print digital) tailored to client needs
- Leverage a robust digital sales platform and CRM system
