Advertising Sales Executive Requirements And Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in print or digital media advertising sales
• Proven ability to sell to small and medium-sized businesses
• Strong tenure
• Hunter, go-getter who is comfortable making cold calls
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable being coached and applying feedback to grow professionally
• Ability to quickly build rapport and communicate the value of marketing solutions
  
  

Must-haves

• Manage and grow a defined book of business within a local sales territory
• Sell multimedia advertising solutions (print digital) tailored to client needs
• Leverage a robust digital sales platform and CRM system
• Build long-term relationships with clients and deliver consistent value
• Identify and act on new revenue opportunities within existing and new accounts
• Candidates must be familiar with Scottsdale and able to commute daily to Tempe, AZ. This is NOT a remote position.
