Our client, a national IT Staffing & Solutions company, is looking to hire an Account Manager in the state of Ohio. The Account Manager will be responsible for selling IT Staffing services to existing accounts and generating new business with new clients. The compensation for this role will consist of a competitive base salary and commission plan. This is a fully remote role but will require the Account Manager to reside in the state of Ohio.

Recruiter Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Min. 3 years staffing sales experience (Preferably IT Staffing Services)
  • Highly earnings motivated.
  • Strong sense of urgency.
  • Must be willing to visit client site in Columbus 2-3x per week.

Preferred Background & Skills:

  • IT Staffing Business Development.
  • Experienced in new business development.
  • Highly results oriented.
