Goodwin seeks a highly qualified senior attorney to join our Emerging Company Venture Capital practice within the broader Technology Companies group. Qualified candidates will have experience representing startup and emerging company clients on a range of corporate and “external GC” matters as well as leading early and late-stage venture financings, representing companies and venture capital and similar investment firms. Responsibilities include leading ongoing client teams representing operating companies, managing venture financings, and training and developing associates on the same.
Candidates applying for attorney positions with Goodwin should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) in the resident office’s location is required.
The target salary range for this position is commensurate with relevant experience: $250,000 - $350,000.
